Getting Comfortable

Follow your breath to the center of your being. Watch it move in and out, feeling the rhythm of life. As you do, let any stress or tension from your body dissolve.
Now, visualize a glowing sphere of light at your heart center, warm and radiating unconditional love. With each inhale, see this sphere growing, weakening any blockages or negativity, replacing them with love and peace.
With each exhale, let this sphere’s gentle light stretch outwards, filling your entire body, until you are fully enveloped in its glow. Maintaining this visualization, breathe in peace and clarity, breathe out any turmoil and confusion.
Take a moment to sit with this feeling. Dive deep into it and let your inner universe expand, drawing you closer to your deepest self.
