Far too often we absorb negativity from the world around us or nurture it within through self-doubt and criticism. However, there’s always the option to release it, to let it go, to make room in our hearts for peace, love, and joy. This guided meditation aims to aid you in this process, to provide a space where you can turn inward and actively engage in releasing that which no longer serves you.
Before we begin, let’s take a few moments to prepare ourselves for this generous act of self-care:
- Find a quiet space: Choose a comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down, a place where you won’t be disturbed. This might be a cozy corner of your bedroom, a quiet room in your home, or perhaps outside in a quiet green space.
- Get comfortable: Whether you’re seated or laying down, make sure you’re at ease. Use any props you need, such as cushions, blankets, or even a chair if that feels right for you. Ensure your body feels supported and relaxed.
