With every exhale, imagine the leaf floating further away, being swept by the gentle wind of acceptance. Feel the feelings of attachment lessen with each release of your breath. As the leaf gets carried further and further away, feel a sense of lightness and freedom in release.
Observe your inner landscape for any resistance or tension. With each breath, offer yourself kindness, and release these areas of tightness.
Now, bring to your mind any expectations, worries or fears you are holding onto. Visualize them as several more leaves. As you exhale, imagine these leaves being swept away too, carried away by the breeze of acceptance. Breathe in peace, breathe out, and release.
